Overview
We’re hiring a Training & Development Specialist to power Heart Land’s learning programs across the country. If you’re passionate about making training engaging, practical, and people-first — this is your platform to lead.
What You’ll Do- Support Heart Land University of Excellence — from calendars to live sessions
- Develop clear, creative learning materials (workbooks, eLearning, more)
- Partner with subject matter experts to build leadership content
- Leverage Zoom, LMS tools, and AI to streamline delivery
- Track participation, measure effectiveness, and share insights
- 2+ years in L&D, instructional design, or training coordination
- Strong organization, clear communication, and project ownership
- Comfort with digital learning tools and openness to innovation
- Collaborative spirit with a heart for helping people grow
