SPED Teacher

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Special Education Teacher - SPED who will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities. You will adapt general education lessons, develop specialized instructional techniques, and provide a supportive learning environment to help students reach their full potential.

We are also seeking Special Education Paraprofessionals.

• Develop and execute IEPs tailored to students  needs.
• Modify lesson plans to accommodate various learning abilities.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff.
• Use specialized teaching techniques and assistive technology.
• Assess student progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education - SPED Teacher
• State certification in special education.
• Strong communication, patience, and adaptability skills.
