Adjunct Computer Science Instructors

Responsibilities

• Lecture courses for computer science, including C# programming language.
• Lecture courses for cybersecurity covering basic introductory concepts and regulatory compliance.
• Provide instruction, activities, assignments, assessments, and feedback to meet course objectives.
• Use effective teaching methods suitable for students with diverse abilities, backgrounds, and cultural experiences.
• Perform other duties related to assigned courses as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline, or a Master’s degree with 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline from an accredited university.
• Commitment to teaching excellence.
• Experience with online learning and Learning Management Systems like Canvas (preferred).
• Multilingual skills highly preferred.
• Dedication to supporting a diverse student body, including first-generation college students and multilingual learners, and promoting equity and social justice.
