Two compensation tracks:
Salary Model: $ ,000 At-Risk Production Model: $,000 (typically higher earning potential) At-Risk model includes Phase 1 enhanced base for 912 months to build caseload NP collaboration stipend: $1,000 per quarter per NP (up to 6 NPs) Commencement Bonus: $2,500 at start and $2,500 at 6 months BCBS health insurance Dental, vision, life/AD&D, and short-term disability (covered) Optional long-term disability Fully covered malpractice insurance AACAP membership paid if participating in partner program CME: $2,500 annually + 40 hours CME PTO (unused CME paid out in cash) Qualifications :
