Palm Health Resources is hiring an experienced cardiothoracic physician assistant in Kansas City!
This is a full-time, locum contract in heart surgery. The candidate will perform both cardiac and thoracic surgeries. Licensing requirements include Missouri and Kansas licenses, as weekend coverage involves rounds at a nearby facility.
The PA will work in the Operating Room 4 days per week.
Call: 1:5
Coverage: Monday through Friday daytime and overnight shifts; weekend rounding as needed at multiple facilities.
Facilities offer temporary/emergency privileges.
Contract Dates: ASAP - 12/31/2025

Compensation includes $120-150/hour, 1.5x overtime pay over 40 hours, premium on-call pay, paid housing and travel, virtual credit card options for housing, top-rated malpractice insurance, and personal attention to your needs.
