Hi5 Furniture is hiring for Inside Sales / Customer Service Rep!

This role is critical to deliver exceptional customer experience by handling written quotes, order entry, and day-to-day support for dealers, sales reps, and customers.

• Create accurate, timely written quotes that keep projects moving
• Enter and manage orders from start to finish
• Support customers with product details, pricing, lead times, and order status
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
• Support outside sales reps with pricing, documentation, and follow-up
• Resolve order issues quickly and professionally

• Customer-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset
• A customer-first mindset and natural problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of CET software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and professional in a high-volume environment
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and attention to detail
• Inside sales or customer service experience (contract furniture preferred)
