Overview
The Member Services Representative (MSR) is the first and last interaction our members have at our facilities so they are the face of our operation! The MSR handles all preliminary guest questions and concerns and works to maintain a fun and supportive atmosphere for our members.
Responsibilities- The MSR is the initial point of contact for members and guests, addressing questions and concerns.
