• Resolving customer inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
• Documenting client inquiries and requests efficiently in our system.
• Assisting the Affiliate Department and Pre Skip/Suspend team with requested tasks.
• Providing outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Accurately assigning received data to repossession agents, branch locations, and affiliates.

• Self‑starter.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to adapt to fluctuating workflow and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multi‑task and detail‑oriented.
• Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Starting at $19+ per hour, depending on experience.
