Location: Kansas City, MO (Hybrid)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Pay: $19.42 per hour + great benefits

Founded in 2015, Vital Tears provides fast, convenient access to high‑quality autologous serum tears for patients nationwide. Using a state‑of‑the‑art production process, we deliver customized treatments with efficiency and care. Our mission: to make serum tears accessible to anyone in the United States.

• Be the calm, helpful voice patients hear first—providing understanding, clarity, and support on every call.
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with empathy, answering questions and guiding patients through next steps with confidence.
• Assist patients with new and refill orders, billing questions, and payment information, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team, working cross‑functionally to solve issues quickly and deliver a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance standards to keep patients safe and systems running smoothly.

• Strong experience in customer service and phone-based support
• Clear and caring communication skills, especially when guiding patients
• The ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine interest in healthcare or the biological sciences, and a passion for improving patients' quality of life
