Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Kansas City, MO, for a Customer Success Specialist. The individual in this role will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and support. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, assisting in resolving customer inquiries, analyzing customer feedback to improve processes, and building meaningful professional relationships to enhance customer success.
Qualifications- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills
- Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to address issues and identify solutions
- Experience with fostering long-term client relationships
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workloads, and thrive in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and customer support platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
