Exhibit Attendants – Titanic:
An Immersive Voyage

Exhibit Attendants are a crucial part of the guest experience for Titanic:
An Immersive Voyage. You will greet guests upon arrival, scan tickets, and provide helpful information about the exhibit to ensure each visitor feels welcomed and informed. In this role, you’ll guide guests through the experience, deliver engaging and insightful interactions, and support the smooth operation of daily activities — including VR technology. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a one‑of‑a‑kind attraction while delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic and immersive environment.

• Shifts available daily: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Occasional evening shifts may be required based on exhibit needs.

• Assist in opening and closing procedures of the exhibit.
• Operate and monitor VR simulation equipment and camera systems (training provided).
• Monitor guest flow to ensure safety and optimal experience.
• Provide exceptional service with friendliness, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Answer questions related to tickets, exhibit features, and Union Station.
• Serve as an ambassador of the exhibit, offering directions, historical context, and recommendations as needed.
• Be flexible and willing to rotate into multiple exhibit roles.
• Other duties as assigned to support the team and enhance the guest experience.

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a similar guest‑facing role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn ticketing and exhibit systems (training provided).
• Friendly, approachable, and passionate about creating a memorable experience for guests.
• Interest in history, storytelling, or theatrical/immersive environments is a plus.

• Must be available for weekend and evening shifts.
• Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time.
• Some light lifting may be required.
• Frequent interaction with both internal team members and the general public.
• Moderate indoor noise and lighting levels typical of exhibit environments.
