Job Description:

Unilux Brand We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and providing exceptional service with a friendly demeanor. As a vital part of our organization, you will not only assist customers with product and service questions but also resolve their issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, forms, and applications efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Assist with product knowledge and provide information on promotions, features, and services.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and empathetic tone.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficient with computers and familiar with customer service software, CRM systems, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
