Customer Service Representative

Emergency Dispatch Operator (EDO)

Promotional opportunities available after 90 days. Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply and will receive additional compensation.

• Monitor and respond to alarms and signals while providing exceptional customer service.
• Make outgoing calls to verify alarms and signals, dispatch authorities, and notify responsible parties.
• Document alarm handling procedures and complete alarm processing as per standard operating procedures.

Participate in a comprehensive five‑week interactive training program designed to prepare you for the role and introduce you to exciting opportunities.

• Must be 18 years old.
• Customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Typing speed 20–25 wpm.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications.

• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Candidates must be able to work under pressure, demonstrate punctuality, uphold strong work ethics, and be willing to perform other duties as assigned. This position requires maintaining necessary licensing.
