Event Branding Installer​/Large Format Production Specialist

We’re currently seeking an experienced Event Branding Installer to join our growing Branding & Fabrication team
. This is a hands-on role centered on producing and installing high-quality event graphics and branded environments. You’ll work in our production space as well as on-site at events both locally in Kansas City and nationwide. This is not a desk position—every day looks a little different. Travel and non-traditional hours are required. Compensation and benefits are based on experience.

• Install large-format graphics to high-quality standards
• Follow production workflows and departmental procedures
• Assist with on-site event setup and breakdown
• Maintain clean, organized production and installation areas
• Collaborate with team members to meet tight deadlines

• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Experience with adhesive vinyl installation (required); large-format production experience is a plus
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Comfort working with tools and hands-on fabrication
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and travel as required by event schedules
• Punctuality and reliability
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

This is a full-time salaried position based in North Kansas City with a standard start time of 8:00am for non-event days. Event work may require nights, weekends, and occasional travel.
