We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile Corporate Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about maintaining and elevating a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing branded assets for corporate and franchise use, managing internal and external communications materials, and producing engaging digital and video content.

Primary

Responsibilities Branding & Event Design
  • Conceptualize, design and produce cohesive branding for corporate conferences, franchisee events, and industry trade shows.
  • Develop a full suite of event assets including signage, presentations, digital screens, programs, merchandise, and more.
Marketing & Promotional Materials
  • Create print and digital marketing collateral for both the corporate office and franchise network, such as brochures, flyers, guides, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce materials aligned with brand standards and strategic objectives.
Digital Content & Social Media
  • Design engaging social media graphics, templates, and campaigns suitable for both corporate and franchisee use across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Video Creation & Editing
  • Produce short-form videos for internal communications, marketing initiatives, and corporate training.
  • Edit and adapt existing videos from third-party vendors to suit internal or branding needs.
Internal Communications
  • Design internal newsletters, email templates, training decks, and brand guides to support corporate communication efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate messages into visually compelling materials.
Sales & Business Development Support
  • Design impactful sales collateral including media kits, white papers, one-pagers, proposals, and business cards.
  • Support business development efforts with high-quality branded visual assets.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience; corporate or franchise experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
  • Experience with digital tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Constant Contact.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Working knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.
