JOB SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing Graphic Designer is responsible for making visually appealing creative collateral for Performance Marketing, Arrowhead Events, Client Services, and Fan Experience needs. This designer will work closely with these internal clients, understanding their needs and bringing their internal and external communication to life.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Design emails, logos, icons, ads, presentation decks, sales mock-ups, social media posts, and invites for both digital and print applications.Establish and maintain graphic brand consistency throughout all design applications.Work directly with the creative team to conceptualize and develop ideas for Performance Marketing, Arrowhead Events, Client Services, Brand Marketing, and Fan Experience departments.Create and design web, paid social, and email campaigns across all departments.Assist in managing day-to-day responsibilities as well as the seasonal design staff as needed.Other duties as assigned.REQUIRED SKILLS:Creativity is a must. An ideal candidate needs to be able to solve visual problems with innovative solutions.Must be a strong collaborator and communicator. Needs to have the ability to work as a team player to communicate concepts, brainstorm, self-start, and pitch their ideas. Must be able to take direction well.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain relationships across various departments.Needs to be able to develop scalable design systems to stay within the brand guidelines across all platforms.Must be able to create stunning presentations within PowerPoint, Keynote, and other digital presentation platforms.Ability to manage time on their own and prioritize projects simultaneously. Needs to bring dedication to projects both small and large.Must be able to work within the Chiefs brand guidelines as well as external brands’ guidelines.A successful candidate will understand the “who” and the “why” of the Chiefs brand identity and will work to apply them throughout their creative.Needs to be able to see ideas from mocking up concepts to implementation while working with internal and external departments for feedback and approval.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR

Your portfolio should showcase a deep understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, visual rhythm, and color theory. You are strongly encouraged to showcase your concept development (sketches, prototyping, early drafts, etc.).A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a design-related field is preferred but not exclusively required. Candidates with relevant work experience without degrees will also be considered.Must be experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).#J-18808-Ljbffr
