Description
The Staff Graphic Designer will design a variety of digital and analogue graphic design marketing collateral pieces across all market sectors to support new business pursuits and brand initiatives. They will also support public relations, marketing, and sales departments with the design and execution of print and other graphics, incorporating appropriate interpretation to meet our internal clients' communications needs.
- This position will be responsible for supporting business development pursuits and marketing teams internally to develop and deliver creative, strategic graphic solutions that are on-brand, on-time and on-budget; including print collateral, digital deliverables, and brand identity pieces.
- Follow established quality control process.
- Demonstrate tenets of social networking and be confident in using digital tools for sharing digital imagery online.
- Effectively use concepts of Goals, Objectives, Strategies, and Tactics to develop graphic solutions that meet those concepts.
- Develop relationships, effectively collaborate, and work with a variety of team members both face-to-face and digitally.
