We're looking for a dynamic Commercial Construction Project Manager to take full ownership of exciting projects, delivering them on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. What You'll Do- Lead commercial construction projects end-to-end, from pre-construction planning through successful closeout and handover.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and accurate cost forecasts to keep everything on track.
- Thoroughly review drawings, specifications, and contracts to confirm complete scope coverage and identify opportunities early.
- Seamlessly coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth collaboration.
- Partner closely with superintendents to ensure field execution perfectly aligns with the project plan.
- Handle change orders, process pay applications, and maintain precise cost tracking and reporting.
- Facilitate productive project meetings and deliver clear, timely updates to keep clients informed and confident.
- Uphold strict compliance with contract documents, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks every step of the way.
- Manage project closeout processes, including punch lists, warranty documentation, and final deliverables.
- At least 5+ years of hands-on experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
- Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, sequencing, and best practices.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and work with complex construction drawings and specifications.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills to motivate teams and manage stakeholders.
- Proficiency with industry-standard project management tools such as Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or equivalents.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven track record on healthcare, retail, office, restaurant, or industrial projects.
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Advanced experience negotiating and managing contracts and subcontractors.
