Sr. Construction Manager (Small Cell)

Duration: 18 months contract
Role Summary
Support Small Cell construction program in KAMO
Accountable for all Civil Works execution
Responsible for schedule (time), cost, service provider management, and quality
Ensure compliance with Company's standards, customer requirements, and Federal/Local regulations
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Assess and control charges according to approved site design
Drive schedule adherence and resolve delays
Perform daily Civil Works progress (PFA) verification
Prepare and submit regular progress reports
Provide accurate project status updates to project management
Ensure only customer-approved materials are installed
Enforce agreed Civil Works guidelines, schedules, and designs
Interpret and ensure compliance with civil design plans
Perform civil works problem-solving during project execution
Reject incorrect or non-compliant material deliveries to site
Write claims, order materials, and manage material returns
Coordinate site activities across all disciplines
Supervise, coordinate, and monitor Service Providers and interfacing teams
Attend coordination and progress meetings
Maintain on-site supervision in high-risk or sensitive locations
Drive troubleshooting activities to meet project objectives
Ensure workmanship meets:
Company standards
Contractual requirements
Customer expectations
Perform:
Site pre-inspections
Site verification
Visual quality inspections
Post-construction audits
Report poor performance or quality issues on site
Review and approve civil acceptance and close-out documentation
Enforce all:
Company safety standards
Federal and Local safety regulations
Customer safety guidelines
Conduct safety inspections and monitor work environment conditions
Ensure tools and equipment are safe and properly maintained
Demonstrate strong knowledge of worker and worksite safety
Ensure SPs and vendors meet all technical and quality specifications
Provide technical assistance to Service Providers and suppliers
Monitor SP performance and enforce corrective actions when required
Maintain and update construction-related information in Site Handler, including:
Statements of Work (SOW)
Notice to Proceed (NTP)
RFDS documents
Safety guidance and QA standards
NTP receipt verification
RFDS reviews and change management
Civil acceptance documentation
Close-out documents and final approvals
Lead teams with focus on quality and results
Guide and support junior team members
Identify improvement opportunities and drive process change
Investigate and solve complex construction problems
Minimum 5 years of experience
Experience managing 500+ site project builds
Highly developed technical and managerial skills
Ability to develop and improve existing procedures and methods
Supplier must ensure personnel hold and maintain:
OSHA 30
RF Awareness
CPR / First Aid
Ergonomics
Any required refresher training
