• Physically fit and mentally alert, capable of standing, walking, sitting, lifting, kneeling, reaching, handling, thinking, reasoning, and calculating as needed.
• Consistently positive attitude and professional behavior in dealings with members and team members.
• Minimum of one year experience working with children.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification for adults, infants, and children, or ability to obtain it.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work full-time days, Monday-Friday, and commit to the entire summer season.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• State-specific licensing requirements as applicable.

• Leading a team of campers through their weekly camp experiences.
• Developing friendships with youth to ensure each child feels connected to the camp community.
• Completing daily opening and closing procedures, including safety logs.
• Communicating daily with parents, team members, club members, and the Camp Site Director.
• Understanding and communicating the specific needs of campers, including safety or behavioral concerns.
• Maintaining cleanliness, brand standards, and good repair of all camp areas.
• Finding coverage for sick days and communicating planned absences prior to the season.
