Regional Youth Director/ Regional Kids Club Director, Club Manager

Your Day-to-Day Adventures
  • Engage kids with fun activities, songs, yoga, games, and crafts.
  • Maintain a clean, bright, and safe Kids Club environment.
  • Track visits, manage schedules, oversee waivers, and handle enrollment details.
  • Coach and develop your team using our tools to reach their A+ potential.
  • Lead and staff Parents Night Out, Parents Day Out, birthday parties, and special events.
  • Support revenue-generating youth programs and promote them to members.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team training.
  • Step in for coverage when needed — morning, evening, or weekend shifts.
  • Manage supplies, budgets, and the fiscal health of your department.
Your Toolbox
  • Safe Space, Trust Triangle, Learning Cycle, A+ Curve, BE-do-have, and more to coach effectively.
  • Strong understanding of customer service, leadership, and child development.
  • Tools to create a fun, engaging, and professional experience for children and members.
Requirements
  • 18+ with High School Diploma or equivalent
  • First Aid, BPT, CPR certified (infant, child, adult)
  • At least 1 year experience with children and knowledge of child development
  • Physically fit and ready to move, lift, bend, and engage all day
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and other software
