Role Description

The Dual Property Director of Sales is a full-time, on-site position located in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. This role involves designing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share for two hotel properties. Responsibilities include identifying and fostering client relationships, conducting market research, leading marketing efforts, creating promotional campaigns, and overseeing sales teams at both locations. This professional will collaborate closely with property management teams to meet business goals and provide excellent customer service, ensuring the continued success of the assigned properties.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Facility Management (FM) and Property Management.
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and fostering positive guest experiences.
  • Strong command of CRM
  • Experience in Budgeting and sales management.
  • Demonstrated abilities in strategy development, leadership, and communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics and knowledge of market trends are an asset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals.
