This is a full-time, on-site role for a Special Project Coordinator located in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. The Special Project Coordinator will oversee and manage specialized project activities, including scheduling, coordination, accounting, report development, and quality assurance. Daily responsibilities include facilitating project timelines, managing communication and approvals, addressing logistical challenges, inspecting progress, invoicing, PO's, and ensuring successful project completion. This role requires close collaboration with various teams and vendors to meet established goals.
Qualifications- Strong skills and knowledge in Expediting and Expeditor roles to facilitate smooth workflows and ensure projects remain on schedule
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordinating resources, and meeting deadlines effectively
- Experience in Inspection and quality assurance to uphold precise project standards
- Competence in Logistics Management for organizing and monitoring efficient supply chain operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, logistics, or a related field
- Familiarity with the hospitality or construction industries is a plus
