- Anticipate $115,000 - $125,000 base plus bonus

- Up to 25% domestic.
- Office-based in Kansas City, MO headquarters
- Develop and implement commodity strategies for indirect materials, packaging, and MRO in collaboration with operations and finance.
- Lead RFQs, analytics, TCO comparisons, and project implementation to minimize costs and maximize service.
- Negotiate vendor contracts, manage supplier performance, and mitigate risks.
- Act as liaison between sourcing and management for specifications, quotes, costs, and delivery.
- Support SIOP processes, participate in strategic initiatives, and travel to sites/suppliers as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related (MBA preferred).
- No specific certifications required, but CPM or CPSM a plus.
- 5+ years in sourcing/commodity management.
- Experience with indirect, packaging, MRO categories.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Results-driven with multi-stakeholder engagement.
