Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients through proactive, creative contact initiatives.
  • Understand client requirements and needs thoroughly.
  • Provide strategic planning and consulting, including RFP responses, vendor coordination, analysis, and client reporting.
  • Consult with clients on investment options, benefits, fees, strategies, and goals.
  • Review large claims, utilization results, and claims experience regularly with clients.
  • Review and assist with profitability on fee-at-risk proposals.
  • Assist in establishing and achieving revenue goals for new and existing business.
  • Contribute to policy, procedure, and strategic plan development within the area of expertise.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, broker networks, and providers.
  • Coordinate issue resolution between clients and vendors.
  • Manage market selection for new and renewal business.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cross-selling.
  • Negotiate program terms and costs.
  • Coordinate administrative activities supporting client accounts.
  • Share knowledge and train department staff.
  • Research industry trends, product developments, and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Over 7 years of client services experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Industry knowledge and understanding of regulations.
    • Commitment to continuing education.
    • Availability for meetings and training.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage time effectively.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
    • Proficiency with office equipment and working on a computer.
    • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
