Our client produces PHYSICAL products, so product managers from SaaS and related industries aren't a good fit for my client's requirements.

The Product Manager role is perfect for someone who loves ideas, thrives on collaboration, and wants real ownership. As a Product Manager, you will help shape products from the very beginning, working alongside creative teammates and hands-on partners to turn ideas into finished, real-world results. You will be involved in the end-to-end process, from early concepts through final delivery.

• Own the development of multiple products at once, each at different stages from concept to completion
• Partner closely with internal teams to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables
• Build and manage detailed project schedules while keeping work moving forward across parallel initiatives
• Coordinate samples, reviews, approvals, testing, and final sign off
• Act as the day to day point person for external partners involved in sourcing and production
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards are met before anything goes live
• Track inventory levels, delivery schedules, and production timing to avoid delays
• Flag risks early and communicate clearly when priorities or timelines shift

• Source products through trusted external partners
• Develop pricing and manage project budgets with accuracy and transparency
• Oversee production schedules to ensure on time and on spec delivery
• Balance cost, quality, and speed without sacrificing attention to detail
• Maintain strong professional relationships with partners through clear communication

• Support budget planning and ongoing financial tracking for assigned projects
• Monitor usage, inventory, and ordering cadence
• Contribute to pricing logic and cost modeling
• Provide regular reporting and updates to internal stakeholders
• Use internal systems to manage project and financial data

• A four year degree from an accredited university
• 2-5+ of experience in product management, project management, media planning, or a related role
• Comfort managing multiple projects at once without losing focus or quality
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Confidence working cross functionally with creative, operational, and external teams
• Solid working knowledge of Excel, Word, and presentation tools
• Experience with project management platforms is a plus
• A detail oriented mindset paired with the ability to move quickly
