This is an in-person position located in Kansas City, Missouri.

• Maintain and enhance existing IBMi RPG Payroll and ERP applications.
• Interface directly with Business Sponsors to design, develop, implement, and maintain solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical staff.

• RPG/RPGLE
• Excellent IBMi skills
• Strong working knowledge of Business Systems/Processes
• Good work ethics and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to effectively organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Reasoning and problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical staff
• 24/7 availability required
• Limited travel
