Overview
Centurion Dealer Services is currently seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant &
Operations Support Specialist
. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dealer and customer support, managing customer retention efforts, and handling various operational and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
- Client Support
- Take in-bound calls regarding our products and deliver top-tier service.
- Utilize stellar communication skills with customers and our dealers.
- Identify opportunities to retain existing customers by suggesting products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Conduct Exit Interviews with customers cancelling our products.
- Product implementation and ongoing training support.
- Operational Support
- Assist in underwriting and onboarding products.
- Claims adjudication support.
- Product cancellation support.
- Accounting support.
- Executive Support
- Handle incoming and outgoing company communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize office files and records.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes.
- Prior experience in client support, retention, underwriting, or insurance-related executive support roles is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers, dealers and repair shops.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software or other customer management systems.
- Desire to patiently learn and grow within a startup environment.
- Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 (Based on experience)
