• Recruiter (Entry‑Level) – Build the foundation of a sales career by sourcing candidates, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates for hiring managers and negotiating offers.
• Spend approximately six months in the Recruiter role before earning a promotion to either Account Manager Training (AMT) or Professional Recruiter Training (PRT).
• Account Managers – Manage relationships with Fortune 1,000 hiring managers, conduct networking and cold calls, meet client hiring goals, collaborate with the Recruiting team to fill roles and sell staffing services as a business consultant.

Competitive base salary per location $35,600–$64,000 and a $5,000 signing bonus in Long‑Term Incentive Plan.

Upon promotion, Account Managers receive a base salary increase up to $6,120, a cell allowance and commission supplement, and uncapped weekly commission.

Account Managers/Professional Recruiters can earn annual sales contests, all‑expenses‑paid trip to the Bahamas, LTIPs, and cash bonuses starting at $7,500–$10,000.
