Are you ready to bring strategy, creativity, and precision to the proposal process? As a Proposal Coordinator on our Strategic Client Development team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the firm’s growth by driving high-quality, compelling proposals that showcase our expertise and commitment to clients.
Major Responsibilities- Lead proposal projects from kickoff through submission, ensuring all RFP requirements and deadlines are met
- Collaborate with proposal teams to manage timelines, edits, and approvals
- Draft and coordinate New Business Opportunity notices and track opportunities in the firm’s CRM
- Write and edit persuasive proposal content tailored to prospective, ensuring quality and consistency
- Maintain and update proposal content libraries and templates within proposal software
- Produce Statements of Qualifications, proposals, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and automation tools
- Maintain new business pipeline reporting in CRM and Excel
- Support additional business development initiatives and contribute to annual department goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or comparable professional experience
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to effectively utilize technology as well as learn new software
- Strict adherence to professional ethics
- The typical office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
- Ability to work extra hours as determined by workload and deadlines
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to move throughout the office
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 10-20 pounds
