Business Development Manager-EMS

Our client, a global innovator in high-tech electronics for industrial, aero/defense, and medical applications, is adding a Business Development Manager specializing in contract manufacturing (EMS). This position focuses on creating growth opportunities through client engagement and collaborative solutions.

Full Remote w/ Travel

Key Responsibilities

• Expand revenue by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
• Build strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to shape targeted customer presentations and technical solution proposals tailored to contract manufacturing requirements.
• Maintain deep understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
• Share competitive intelligence and market insights across the sales organization to drive continuous improvement and support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience in a related technical or commercial field.
• 5+ years direct sales in electronic/contract manufacturing.
• Managed full project life cycles: sales oversight, technical interfacing, negotiations.
• Strong presentation/communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel (up to 50%) to engage with clients and attend industry events.
