About the role
Beyond Cleaning is a Kansas City–based commercial cleaning company serving schools, churches, offices, and commercial facilities. We’re hiring a Director of Sales to build and lead our outbound business development efforts.
This is a senior, hands-on role focused on generating new recurring revenue, developing a repeatable sales process, and eventually building a small sales team.
What you’ll be doing- Owning outbound prospecting and new logo acquisition
- Leading walkthroughs, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Building a predictable pipeline for commercial services
- Partnering closely with ownership and operations
- Experience selling B2B services (facilities, environmental, construction, uniforms, security, etc.)
- Comfortable being hands-on while building the foundation
- Strong communicator who values long-term relationships
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from a solid foundation and wants meaningful ownership over growth.
