• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the staffing industry
• Build, manage, and expand long-term client relationships

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3–4 years of business development experience in the staffing industry (required)
• Demonstrated success in executing business development strategies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to leverage an existing or past client portfolio immediately
• Highly motivated, focused, and goal-oriented
