Business Development Manager

Affinity is partnering with a client based out of market and expanding into the region. Seeking a high-performing field sales professional to help expand client's presence across the Missouri and Kansas markets.

This role is well-suited for someone who thrives on building new opportunities from the ground up, takes ownership of their territory, and approaches customers with a consultative, value-driven mindset.

• Proactively source and qualify new business opportunities for advanced manufacturing solutions across multiple industries.
• Own and manage sales strategies from initial outreach through deal close to achieve growth targets.
• Lead compelling product walk-throughs and solution discussions tailored to customer use cases.
• Develop strong client relationships by acting as a consultative advisor focused on long‑term value.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless onboarding, execution, and ongoing support.

• Demonstrated success in a field‑based sales role, with at least two years of consistent performance in a B2B environment.
• Strong track record of building pipeline, navigating negotiations, and closing opportunities against defined revenue objectives.
• Familiarity with advanced manufacturing solutions and industrial production environments is beneficial.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence and present effectively.
• Highly driven, self‑directed professional with a proactive approach to business development.
• Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
