- Support the end‑to‑end application and issuance process for Private Placement Life Insurance and Private Placement Variable Annuity policies
- Accurately enter, review, and maintain policy data within Lombard’s administration systems
- Perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance throughout the issuance lifecycle
- Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and other internal teams to facilitate timely case progression
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external partners, delivering responsive, high‑quality service
- Proactively track case status, identify potential delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvements and participate in ad‑hoc projects as business needs evolve
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and follow‑through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced operational environment
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities
- Comfort navigating systems and working with data‑driven processes
- Knowledge of life insurance and annuity products preferred, but not required
- Minimally requires a Bachelor's degree, or high school degree and 2 years of related experience
