What You Will Get To Do
  • Support the end‑to‑end application and issuance process for Private Placement Life Insurance and Private Placement Variable Annuity policies
  • Accurately enter, review, and maintain policy data within Lombard’s administration systems
  • Perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance throughout the issuance lifecycle
  • Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and other internal teams to facilitate timely case progression
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external partners, delivering responsive, high‑quality service
  • Proactively track case status, identify potential delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Contribute to process improvements and participate in ad‑hoc projects as business needs evolve
What You Will Bring
