What You’ll Do
  • Save, manage, and communicate lease documentation internally and externally, including mailing required documents.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce for lease deals and space information pages.
  • Draft and process lease documents, including Estoppels, SNDAs, and Commencement Agreements.
  • Manage and update leasing records in multiple systems, including spreadsheets and project management tools like
  • Process commission invoices and maintain accurate records of Listing Agreements and Commission Agreements.
  • Provide tenant banking information, complete tenant‑specific forms related to banking setup, and request W‑9s as needed.
  • Support special projects, including Commencement Agreement/Amendment reports and square footage audits.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and lease documentation standards.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven experience in lease administration or property management.
  • Strong understanding of lease agreements and real estate contracts.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
