Overview

As the Supervisor within the Operations Analysis team, you will lead a team of Operations Analysts and will create, update, and organize procedure and process flow documentation. You will assist productivity and/or effectiveness of operations teams, as well as risk mitigation, through review of controls and compliance with regulations. You will have accountability for a range of tactical and strategic responsibilities including automate metric reporting, update procedures, assist with training on new processing, analytics, and reporting.

This also includes studying organizational processes and operations and develops quality and efficiency improvements and mitigate risk. This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which will include multiple initiatives as assigned by Bank Operations leadership.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Supervise a team of Operation Analysts, maintaining performance reviews and provide coaching as needed
  • Partner with operations teams to learn multiple tasks and functions as part of documenting and review for controls and regulation compliance.
  • Evaluates internal processes and identifies opportunities for improvements.
  • Gathers data for key performance indicators for functions being reviewed, evaluates current state, and proposes future state goals and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing analysis of operations risk, performance, identify efficiency opportunities, apply proper hypothesis testing, and make insightful recommendations.
  • Standardize reporting and create dashboards with emphasis on efficiency, effectiveness, and business impact. Deliver ongoing operational key performance metrics; create automated and ad-hoc custom reports to analyze productivity.
  • Assist management as key knowledge resource
  • Lead collaboration with business units to establish priorities for resolution of multiple system problems and issues

We’re excited to talk if you have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 3 years of process analysis and modeling experience OR equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Two years of banking operations experience.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills and able to generate insights from data and translate into actionable changes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
  • SharePoint experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and pays keen attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to write, present, share ideas and articulate concepts
  • Strong problem-solving skills to make decisions based on limited precedents or guidelines.

Bonus Points if you have

  • At least 5 years of banking experience.
  • Knowledge of workflow technology and/or File Net.
  • At least 2 years of people management experience.

Compensation Range

$57,760.00 - $
