Loaner Vehicle Coordinator

Overview

Cable Dahmer Automotive Group is hiring a Loaner Vehicle Coordinator to manage our fleet of loaner vehicles and support the service department. This is not a desk-only role — you’ll be out on the service drive, moving vehicles, coordinating logistics, and helping ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

Pay: Base + Bonus Opportunities

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Saturday Availability

• Manage the dealership’s loaner vehicle fleet: check vehicles in/out, clean, and maintain
• Move vehicles safely around the dealership and service drive
• Communicate with Service Advisors and customers to ensure smooth vehicle transitions
• Maintain accurate records and schedules for loaner vehicles
• Assist with other service drive operations as needed
