Account Administrator - Property & Casualty

• Respond to routine client inquiries, maintain communication records, and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
• Prepare correspondence and contact underwriters as directed by senior staff.
• Review and process policies and endorsements for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate proposal policies using checklists and report missing items or concerns.
• Assist in renewal processes by gathering relevant reports and information.
• Contribute to employee communications like newsletters and presentations.
• Support financial reporting for renewals by collecting client details.
• Implement requested policy changes and assist with loss-run requests.
• Manage expiring binders and update renewal reports.
• Maintain carrier product information and data entry accuracy.
• Keep records of clients, prepare experience modification data, and handle invoicing and billing error research.
• Develop an understanding of insurance brokerage and industry trends.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Up to three years of client service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
• Ability to complete ongoing education and attend meetings.
• Ability to travel and work outside normal hours as required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
