• Serve as the heartbeat of the department’s administrative operations by coordinating requests, assisting staff, patients, and visitors, and keeping daily activities organized and efficient.
• Manage data and reporting tasks by maintaining spreadsheets, tracking logs, and crafting reports that transform data into actionable insights.
• Support the Department Director and Clinical Team Manager as a trusted right-hand, helping keep the team on track toward success.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Experience as a unit clerk or in a medical support role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology or related coursework.
