Project Coordinator
Our construction client is seeking a Project Coordinator! The Project Coordinator provides financial and administrative support by handling billing and accounting tasks, preparing financial reports and documentation, coordinating work orders, and assisting with project and safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare and submit AIA billing forms, payment applications, and contract invoices
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Create CORs
- Ensure compliance with project safety requirements, including completion of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) documentation
- Prepare and manage work orders in coordination with project teams
- Assist with administrative and documentation support throughout the project lifecycle
- 1-3 years professional experience, preferably in the construction industry
- High school diploma or GED
- Notary for the State of Missouri is preferred
- Experienced with Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks
- Knowledge of OSHA 10 standards

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
