Job Summary
Assist in the administration and coordination of construction project documentation.
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma/GED is required.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative office position is required.
- 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications is required.
- 1+ year of administrative/project support in construction is preferred.
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience is preferred.
- Strong Excel experience is preferred.
- Must be able to adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
- Requires strong organizational skills, a high degree of accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge and understanding of general office procedures.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
- Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as with others and contribute to a team‑oriented environment.
