We are searching for candidates with prior experience for our 1st shift Shipping Clerk role! The ideal candidate will have experience with domestic shipping regulations, customer service, and is good with computers and communication. • Provide communication with other department personnel, including customer service (shortages, backorders, planning issues, etc.)
• Maintain accurate picture records (storage in T Drive)
• Perform Ship Confirm on a real time basis (timely distribution of paperwork)
• Assist with scheduling and planning of daily loads for domestic shipments (LTL)
• Troubleshoot and work under pressure (tight schedules, missing product, overweight loads, etc.)
• Use a computer (Oracle, OTM, Excel)
• Some administrative duties (creating/printing schedules, answering phones, filing paperwork)

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds boxes of paper
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout shift
• Prior factory and shipping experience required
• Prior customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to work with domestic shipping regulations
• Ability to read, write, and do basic math in English
• Strong communication skills both inside and outside of business unit
• Ability to multi-task several projects at a time
• Ability to provide and coordinate complex shipping documents
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be able to carry out detailed written or oral instruction
