About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and organized Social Media / In-Office Assistant to join our team! This part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys social media, thrives in a collaborative office environment, and is eager to contribute to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.)
- Assist with scheduling posts and engaging with followers
- Support general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and answering calls
- Help with basic marketing tasks as needed
- Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth day-to-day operations
- Comfortable using social media platforms professionally
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Previous office or administrative experience is a plus
- Flexible part-time hours
