  * Full-time, in-office (Kansas City, MO)**

  * Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM

  * Salary: $60,000–$85,000, based on experience.**

* Key Responsibilities:**

• Reconcile books, accounts, and bank statements with accuracy and consistency
• Manage bill pay processes, with most tasks becoming automated
• Create and maintain invoices within Quick Books
• Partner with an external accounting firm as they complete system cleanup
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and longer-term financial planning
• Assist with insurance-related items and general financial administration

* Requirements:**

• 3–5+ years of hands-on accounting experience
• Strong Quick Books proficiency and full-cycle accounting skills
• Ability to excel in a growing, fast-paced environment
• Confident communicator who can work directly with leadership and external partners
• Adaptable, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
