Overview
LHH is partnering with a well-respected company in KC that is adding an Accounting Manager role to its team. This position will streamline daily accounting operations and support company growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled accounting professional located in the Northland, who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys both hands-on responsibilities and team leadership.
What You Will Do- Oversee key components of the month-end close process
- Maintain and review general ledger activity and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Support ongoing system enhancements and implementation projects
- Mentor and develop a small accounting team
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and internal control processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; both public accounting and corporate experience is preferred
- Prior leadership or mentorship experience
- Base salary up to approximately $135K plus bonus
- Collaborative, growth-oriented team with exposure to senior leadership
