Our client, a leading services company based in Geneva, is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join its finance team for 3 / 6 months.
Responsibilities- Issuing and processing clients invoices
- Monitoring accounts receivable and following up on outstanding payments
- Managing customer reminders and resolving billing discrepancies
- Posting accounting entries and preparing payment-related documentation
- Supporting monthly closing activities
- Liaising with internal accounting and finance teams
- Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar accounting role
- Solid knowledge of Excel
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken
- English and/or German is an asset
- Agility
