What You Will Get To Do:

* Responsible for billing transactions, ensuring that costs billable to appropriate parties are billed correctly and timely

* Prepare and research journal entries for auditing and posting. Reconciles recurring, standard accounts

* Prepare and distribute billing reports and spreadsheets

* Enter charges into a billing software program to create administrative invoices

* Communication with operational management teams

* Verify the accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies. Research & resolve problems and/or unusual items

* Participate in internal and external audits and monitor open audit points

* Participate in special projects. Define and implement processes and procedures that the department will use to support new products, processes, etc.

* Perform variance analysis and report the results

What You Will Bring:

* Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience, or High School degree and at least 4 years of related experience

* Intermediate level of Excel, Word and Outlook

* Outstanding communication skills
