We are actively seeking a senior tax associate with four to eight years of recent public accounting experience to add to our dynamic tax department.

We are looking for someone with the following:

Job Responsibilities

• Handle tax planning projects for individuals and businesses
• Analyze tax impact of tax law changes on client's situations
• Review individual, partnership, trust, and corporation tax returns
• Prepare complex tax returns
• Manage client relationships and staff
• Identify and research accounting and tax related matters
• Provide accounting assistance to small and medium sized businesses
• Coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Calculate income tax provisions for GAAP financial statements
• Train staff
• Learn new information and skills quickly and stay updated on changes in tax laws
• Communicate with management and clients on tax issues and situations

Preferred Experience

• CPA
• Four to eight years' experience in a Public accounting firm's tax department (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Experience with Pro System Engagement and/or Axcess Tax/Pro System Tax  helpful
• Experience with CCH Answer Connect platform helpful
• Experience with Quick Books helpful
