Warehouse Associate - Shipping
Location: Kansas City, KS
Compensation: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 2 pm or 3 pm start time, depending on the day, until done.
Role SummaryAs a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high‑energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether you’re pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment, you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results.

- Up to $18.50/hour starting pay
- $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus just for joining the team!
- Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full‑time employment
- Employee of the Month awards (based on performance)
- Product Handling:
Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery - Inbound Processing:
Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations - Loading & Unloading:
Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently - Equipment Operation:
Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided) - Inventory Accuracy:
Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step - Team
Collaboration:
Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success - Clean & Safe Workplace:
Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols - Flexibility:
Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs consistently
- Comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders
- Can work at heights up to 30 feet without issue
- Strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced, accuracy‑driven environment
- Reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Willing to work in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)
- Forklift operator experience preferred but not required
